1. Digital Products
1.1 All sales of digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable. 1.2 Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been delivered.
2. Physical Products
2.1 We accept returns for physical items only if they arrive damaged during transit. 2.2 To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 2.3 Proof of damage is required. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. 2.4 We may ask you to return the damaged item before issuing a refund or replacement.
3. Return Process
3.1 To request a return, contact our support team at varnell.brandon@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damaged item. 3.2 If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. 3.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1 Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds. 4.2 Items that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
