Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders placed through our online bookstore are processed and shipped every Monday. If your order is placed after 11:59 PM (midnight) on Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options to accommodate different needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after shipment.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! However, please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team at varnell.brandon@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for shipped books unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged book, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
